Is Your Office Springing to Life?

Ah spring is such a wonderful time. A time of renewing and it is figuratively and literally a breath of fresh air! Most everyone likes spring, unless they are one of the folks who suffer with allergies and need adjusted, and I believe the reason is the renewing, the change, the excitement in the air of season.
Many times we can become stagnated in our practices, especially over a long winter. Spring is the time that your office can spring to life.
I am a golfer, but last year was not my best. My game seemed to deteriorate as the year went on and by the end of the season I was so frustrated that I had no desire to play. Very odd for a guy who has been a true golf nut for years! Thought by this spring my desire and enthusiasm to play would automatically rekindle, but it did not. I have forced myself to go to the driving range a few times to work on my swing and made some progress, hitting the ball better and gaining a glimmer of desire. But yesterday I really did it. I ordered a new set of irons! Won’t get them til the end of next week, but I can’t wait. Will they really be my answer to a better game? Probably not, the answer is getting enthusiastic about spending time and energy improving my game, but these new irons are the catalyst!
Same in your practice. Want to spring back, do or get something new. Something to inspire and motivate you. Go to a seminar, learn something new to put into your practice. Go brush up on your technique, or go crazy and go to a completely different type of technique seminar than you ever have before. Buy a new piece of equipment, hire a new staff member, etc. The point is do something that gets you excited again. When you are on fire people come to see you burn! Renew you and watch your practice spring to life!

How’s this for a catalyst? After trying to figure it out for TWO YEARS, we finally found a way to get a working Consultation Room put into the office! AND do it for a reasonable amount of money!
I’ve found myself excited, energized, and just LIT UP about getting this done! The build-out will be finished early next week, and we’ll put the finishing touches in place over the following week. Just in time for Patient Appreciation Days!
It’s going to be an AWESOME set of Days this year, and we’re going to change some lives!
Way to go Dr.Oz! I’ll see you in Atlanta next week!
