If you can't beat 'em, join 'em, huh? The real issue here is that this phenomenon is just a symptom. The CAUSE is the fact that many chiropractors do not know how to run their practices, let alone manage their patients, which forces them to sell out to the medical establishment when they fail. I had a great talk with a massage therapist about this, because he said he met a chiropractor who told him "Well, I don't do much adjusting" and the therapist was just blown away, because he had worked with good, principled DCs for years. We need to draw a line in the sand and tell these people that if they want to choose a different profession, go ahead and do it and let the rest of us carry the torch. This profession is on the brink of losing its identity.
