Chiropractic Staff Alignment

Staff is an incredibly important to any chiropractic business. As you may already have read in a previous post, give me a great doctor and a mediocre staff and things won’t be so great, but give me a mediocre doctor and a great staff and you can blow the doors off the place! So hear is my question today……do you adjust your staff? Are they experiencing the great benefits of chiropractic? Do they “own” chiropractic because they have experienced it and are living it daily? Or are you one of the chiropractors that I meet that don’t even take care of their staff? If so you are missing the boat. I took care of my staff and there immediate family always. I wanted my staff to not just show up for duty in a chiropractic office, but I wanted them to know chiropractic from experience. For them to feel and see the affects of great chiropractic care on them and their family’s health. It is sure a lot easier to promote something when you “own it”, rather than just something you’ve been told about, wouldn’t you agree?

To another level, are you adjusting your staff only when they ask? Just when they are hurting? Or do you go through the entire new patient process with them, put them on a care plan, and then keep them checked regularly so they can have optimum chiropractic results and health? If you aren’t, why not? What I’m getting at is this. Your staff assigns a value to your care, just like you do. What do they know in order to assign that value? I want them to know not only what chiropractic is, but be a living testimonial of it. Make your care part of the benefits package of working in your office. What better health perk could there be?

Plus, who performs better at work, people under chiropractic care or those who are not? Do healthy people do a better job? There is nothing but good from making sure your staff is benefiting from the care that you offer in your office. “Align” your staff and they will be better at aligning your office and your practice growth.
